(unused) intro for ze frank

OK, so I made this video intro for ze frank’s show. He didn’t use it, but he liked it. I like that there’s a place where wealthy, impatient people in gas guzzling hummers have to stop and let little duckies cross the road.

This video was shot in Scottsdale, Arizona near Chaparral and Hayden Roads. It’s an area where, long ago, the Salt River Pima people lived and prospered. Their reservation is nearby. The area now sports high end shopping malls and a public golf course with a duck pond. Click the picture to play the video in a popup window.

His ze-loss! How fun are the ducks (and geese and occaisonla heron)– this is my neighborhood.

When the re-did the lake, the walls were too steep for the baby ducks to get out of the water- one dedicated man went out in his row boat and constructed his own walking planks to assist (since then the city has taken care of it).
